Email Warden monitors
the web sites you go to and generates a disposable email address for that specific
web site (by clicking on the email box on the Email Warden toolbar). Any emails sent back to the disposable email address will automatically
forward to the real
email address you entered into
Email Warden’s setup. Information about
the site will be included
as a header in the email.
You are allowed to send us feedback about that web site so that we can rate the
site according to its spam risk.
The more Email Warden users, the better our ratings become.
As you visit sites with high feedback ratings from our user base, our rating
system increases from green to red. Green would
mean that they are most likely not an email seller according to Email Warden users,
while red ratings mean the site is a definite email seller and it would be a good
idea to stay away.
Email Warden is community supported and contains no additional programs or spyware.
This site was created in the hopes that one day we can pinpoint all of the major
spammers and let them be known to the the entire online community. Email Warden
is free and will remain free for life!
